Athletics Rank One Forms
New to Rank One:
On March 30, 2022, Governor Stitt signed Senate Bill 2 (The Save Women’s Sports Act) into law. The legislation requires schools to expressly designate their athletic teams based on biological sex and prohibits biological male students from participating in sports designated for female athletes. Additionally, it requires a minor student athlete’s parent sign an affidavit acknowledging the biological sex of the student at birth and to notify the school within 30 days of any change thereof. ***Due to this requirement, we have added a required form to Rank One. All parents/guardians of student-athletes must now complete this additional form and it can be found on your student-athletes portal on Rank One.
