The budget and finance office is located in the Administration Building. Our office hours are from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Our office is responsible for district-wide budgeting, accounting, payroll, and activity account functions. We provide monthly reports to the Board of Education, various annual reports to the State Department of Education, and periodic reports and statistics to administration for internal review and analysis. The finance department is required to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, Board policies, and governmental accounting standards.

Annual financial statements are prepared in conformity with the accounting and reporting regulations prescribed or permitted by the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Accounting data is recorded and maintained in accordance with the Oklahoma Cost Accounting System. (OCAS)

Each year, Berryhill Public Schools is audited by an independent auditing firm. The audit is performed to determine the accuracy of the districts annual financial statements as well as its compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal accounting controls.

The 2020-2021 accreditation status for Berryhill Schools has been approved by the State Board of Education.
